Try this in your .bashrc's... VGL_DISPLAY=:0.1 export VGL_DISPLAY VGL_COMPRESS=yuv export VGL_COMPRESS VGL_READBACK=fbo export VGL_READBACK I jumped from about 1300 fps to 2100 fps in glxgears... /Martin
