Hi,

it's normal, vga_switcheroo is the open source implementation that need
intel + radeon oepnsource drievrs loaded.
When you install fglrx, radeon is blacklisted (they can use the card at the
same time) so vga_switcheroo isn't usable anymore.

The only solution you have is to uninstall fglrx drivers... (or at list
unload fglrx module and load radeon one...)
