I just got a thought.. or maybe more of a question...
I hear that some Optimus enabled laptops have some kind of a pre-windows 7 compability mode in the BIOS... Does anyone have an idea how this is archived on the hardware side??? Is was of the understanding that this was one of the limitations compared to the non-optimus laptops.. Could it be possible to port this functionality into a BIOS that doesn't have it from the suppliers side??? Regards Martin
