The government has launched an all out attack on Greenpeace. Not only has it launched a smear campaign, but also blocked foreign and domestic accounts to attempt to stop the campaigns that Greenpeace runs.
The MHA has acted to stop Greenpeace India's access to foreign funds and has even blocked some domestic bank accounts. The Delhi High Court in January had ordered that Greenpeace India be allowed to access funds sent by Greenpeace International.
