Regarding the reference in your report to collaboration with the Shiv Sena
or MNS ,both Corporate funded and controlled parties, there is hardly a party
in Maharashtra which has not collaborated with the SS including the Communist
parties at individual levels including the late Shri Dange among others . Now
we have this strange phenomena of one faction of the RPI also allying with the
SS which gets its protection from State agencies even when it resorts to
criminalities . Whether it is majority communal organizations or minority
communal organizations any party or movement which genuinely represents
citizens interests will not collaborate directly or indirectly . Dhule has a
history of communal organizations of the majority and minority stirring up
trouble though under the facts and circumstances of the case it is the
indiscriminiate firing which has caused havoc.
