* Why even Kasab shouldn't be hanged !*

After a total hectic day at work I decided to give myself a relief by coming
on FB . But to my surprise (to add more things which I just avoided in TOI )
I have my homepage being dirtied by status updates with same crap .
So I thought – *kyu na main bhi apne haath thode gande kar lu .. farak toh
padne waala hai nahi waise bhi par .. *

I remember a quote from My Name is Khan : *Duniya main sirf do kism ke insan
hotey hai .. ek achchey aur ek burey* . Psst … Sorry Mr. SRK .. I defer . *Main
accha bhi hu aur bura bhi *:|

People , specially the young lads think that what they have in their minds
is correct . Agreed that our politicians may be corrupt and senseless . But
a doctor is always a better doctor than the general public . A politician is
always a better politician than the general public doesnt matter how
illiterate he is . Its always relative .

Everybody knows that who the real culprit is when it comes to 26/11 . But
Judiciary of a democratic front demands a fair and a healthy trial . Theres
nothing wrong if nodes in the upper hierarchy want him to be hanged . Ajmal
Kasab however .. I think cant be hanged ! No NOW he shouldnt be.

Reminds me of Saudi Arabia which Media and people say has a very harsh and
cruel Judiciary system . But they tend to overlook some good points . If
they are Bad .. then they are bad for all . If they are Good .. then they
are good for all . If they have to give a particular punishment to a person
. They dont differentiate between a Pakistani Muslim and an Indian Muslim
nor do they differentiate between them and a non Muslim . Point is they are
and they have been CONSISTENT .

In contrast, India has failed to be consistent in that sense . In fact they
do are consistent but in an altogether different perspective . I think the
degree of Crime done determines the appropriate punishment that is to be
given to the culprit .
If India can't punish the various culprits for the Crime that they have done
then they dont have the right to execute someone who happens to have links
with our all time foe- Pakistan . All they can do is keep declaring the
harsh punishments and avoid themselves from bringing them into action .
People used to say that A. Kalam wont hang Afzal Guru because he himself is
a Muslim ( I wonder if thats true ) . But now that we have Mrs. Patil as our
Presideent I have some gut feeling that even she would do the same .
This is because things there are govern under different priorities . They
need to give consideration to each and every aspect apart from vote
banks .*badey logon ke jhol chhotey logon ki samaj ke baahar hotey hai
.
*Oh yes, some *jhol jhaal* are very correct .

If we have failed to punish the culprits of Babri Masjid demolition .. we
cant punish the preparators of 92 bombings ( though something done wrong is
wrong ) . We are helpless . If we are not equal for that then we cant be for
this either . If they want to punish those involved in serial bombings
across various cities using all those high wi-fi technologies or for that
matter the SIMI members . Go ahead I have no problem . But what about those
involved in Gujrat riots or the lesser culprits Maoists and Naxalites .

I know I sounded like Narendra Modi when I made the previous few statements
. But cant help. I always find some good things even in a bad person .
Afterall I want to be a good human being .

Terrorists whether internal or external are terrorists . Treat them equally
. Both act amount to death penalty . If you think some were more atrocious
then let them have their last breath with more difficulty ( provided you are
clever enough to avoid the human activists )

Our judiciary is very good at handling small wrongdoings . For instance take
: Robbery . It doesnt really consider what Region , Religion , Caste the
theif belongs to or for that matter what is his citizenship . Even
foreigners have been punished for involving themselves in acts like Rape .

Same principle needs to be applied in case of terrorism . As I always say
dont handle terrorism with hatred but with justice and equality and be
CONSISTENT in it .

All India needs according to me is a change . A revolution in its acts .
Guys ,we have a democracy . We dont have a military rule .Let the world know
that we will neither forget nor forgive and would be very much clear on this
consistently . If India needs to have the change and have a START with Ajmal
Kasab . Good . Go ahead . But there is a question from my side . Will you be
able to be consistent in this ? If yes then the whole world cant keep
themselves far away from loving India :|

* This little essay only represent My thoughts and in no way has any
relation whatsoever with ideology of My community or Religion or of people
who are related to me directly or indirectly.

Would be glad if someone could appropriately correct any frailties of my
thoughts .
