A correction , the Arjun Sengupta Commission report( Not Arun ), which many
in New Delhi have not read are the source of figures on the income of the
unorganized sector workers/employees in India .
For the fascist Brahminical mindset any one who has the audacity to talk of
seizure of the land and resources of the Tribal , peasant and Dalits is a
potential threat to the system , after all what was the caste hierarchy all
about , it was about the use of bonded and near slave labour which was
justified by the threat of "defilement " or ' untouchability".
To-day Arundhati Roy is a social outcast for the CONTEMPORARY Manuwadis
......after all what does it matter if a a hundreds of villages are emptied for
resource seizure by the Manuwadis .This is not theft , it is development .But
the Constitution of India states that this is impermissible seizure and
divestment of Tribal land .

This should be taken seriously as anything is possible from the
Chhattisgarh Government , in view of its past track record .The press report
along with a draft Writ should be kept ready .There are diverse special
financial interests which operate from one region to another and use different
agencies and governments , a form of war lordism .In one way it is convenient
as it can always be said that it was the Chhattisgarh government not the Centre
which was responsible .
You will need not one lawyer but a team of lawyers for the Supreme Court from
New Delhi and possible a team in Chhattisgarh too however on no account should
she proceed to Chhattisgarh . It is worth moving Petition in New Delhi itself
even it it seems a bit premature , let the statements of the law officers of
the Union of India among others and the State of Chhattisgarh be recorded as
to where they stand .
The financial and mineral stakes are so colossal, what is freedom of speech
and expression in comparison, though Mr. K. Subramanyam still says there is
democracy in Chhattisgarh and does not realize that we get our figures on the
poverty line from the Arun Sengupta among other official reports .
