   Dear Mathias ,

The real world and the contours which emerge have
nothing to do with the Tribunal and its limited range. There
everything has still to be proved by evidence............whereas
our real world moves on, continuing to reveal what was hitherto
concealed. The machinations of so many .The role of the Security
Council and its arbiters, who denied even pencils and essential medicines
to the children .Were the children all born of Saddam Hussain ???????
Ask those Oil Companies who influenced Tony Blair !!!!!!

In the real world in front of us former predators make
new alliances ,even as Tony Blair resorts to confessions,
not to a priest in a confessional but to the media , yet
his friends in BP are back in Iraq and so are the others ,
  who operated in compact .......

The companies of all the countries who imposed sanctions,
even as the lives of whole people have been snuffed out and
text books announce the new sectarian agendas , whereas humanity
to which we all belong been swatted like flies and the war
dance supported by creditors ,debtors and those in the shadows
waiting for a kill on Oil , Drugs or some other commodity is still
on, concealing , deceiving . In all this people are dispensable,
therefore the colour of oil is black, some would say it is red like
  blood diamonds of Africa.

Many years ago when I appeared for hundreds
of Iranian students against their deportation , when
they feared the Savak of the Shah , saying to me
"Oil is our curse ", we have suffered at the hands of
the Anglo Iranian Petroleum Company and its new
transformations , determing war and peace , the
continuance of governments , the bank accounts
of the rich and powerful who allied with it.

They say that natural justice is faster than legal
  justice .Is this so??????????

The Open Veins of Iraq , of Asia is yet to
be written about in all its sordidity about who
betrayed whom for some pieces of silver ,
in the name of some nation , some religion ,
some race , some sect ???????

This is not of theoretical interest .

Whereas the Cheney Committee on Energy is well known
and referred by me in a written presentation at Istanbul ,
the awarding of the contracts bypassing the Iraqi legislature,
and the nature of networking interse in these Consortiums
by more than one Oil Company, is of contemporary and not
theoretical interest ,including the nature of alliances within
the consortiums bidding which have been awarded the
contracts, reflecting new alliances among major Oil
Companies. The networking of Companies for resources
is a study in accomodation and dovetailing of policies.

We as observers and opponents of war of which one of
the root causes in the contemporary period has been the
open seizure of resources by sanctions, war , occupation
or by anointing proxy governments are concerned
with the real world and the open and covert networking
between Companies, not only our archives , to study the
nature of adjustment, accomodation and the Machevelllian
approach to new geopolitical realities emerging to
continue the oppression of the peoples of the world
    for seizure of resources .

Kindly study the nature of alliances within the
Consortiums bidding as it will determine the
nature of responses in the region and elsewhere
in the world ,open or covert and the nature of
secret agreements forged extending to more
than one region ,including the Arab world .

       Dear Mathias ,

The consortium of Oil Companies with successful
bids in Iraq, reveal more about the flexibilities of the
contemporary alliances being forged , than articles
on Iraq . What exactly were the objectives of 1990,
the regime of sanctions and the 2003 war???????

In this context what is the Chilcot Inquiry
      all about ???????

Of course this does not mean that the economies
in which some of these companies are embedded,
will not face desertification . The fate of Dubai
among others is an example .
