Bug in Hugs installation

A very little bug in the Hugs installation is the icon for the shortcut
(this is using the Hugs98.exe installer).  The shortcut installed by the
installation program looks for its icon in c:\hugs98\lib\icons\hugsicon.ico,
but there ain't no such directory.  Instead, it should look for
c:\hugs98\icons\hugsicon.ico.
