The problem is libtiff-dev
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libwebp-dev : Depends: libwebp7 (= 1.2.4-0.2+deb12u1) but 1.5.0-5 is to be
installed
Depends: libwebpmux3 (= 1.2.4-0.2+deb12u1) but 1.5.0-5 is to
be installed
Depends: libwebpdemux2 (= 1.2.4-0.2+deb12u1) but 1.5.0-5 is
to be installed
I just did a quick check. I will look further this weekend.
