I sometimes run into an issue where an image is missing control points with respect to the previous and/or next image. If I look at the images there is lots of texture and the overlap is easy to spot (it could be contrast rich buildings). As soon as I manually input a control point I get correct assistance when I try to add the next control point in the same image.
What I look for is a button I can press in the UI which when pressed tries to create control points between the two displayed images. If the current algoritms have issues in some cases I think its reasonable to ask me to put in the first control point (to anchor the image) and automatically finding the next 10-20 control points should be much easier from there. Would that be possible and does that feature sounds reasonable? Kind regards, Casper *P.S.: I only work using the UI.* -- A list of frequently asked questions is available at: http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_FAQ --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
