I implemented support for user defined sequences for PTBatcherGUI in the PTBatcher_user_defined branch. It should already work but needs some more polishing in the next days.
Now you need to create a user defined assistant. Then use File --> Search directory for... --> Images... and afterwards assign your user defined assistant to your projects in the queue.
