Hi Jan, It is possible to position the camera by adjusting the L-Bracket with forward-backward or up-down, but this is mostly used to adjust the camera's center of gravity so that the device can move the camera more easily. It may be possible to use this for nodal point adjustment, but when the camera is heavy, it may be difficult to move it if the center of gravity is too far from the center of the motor.
