Unfortunately, with a quick look at the source code of wxDebugReport, I did not figure out what directory they would be created in. I wouldn't bet that it is the same directory shown as where the .zip file would go. If you know how to use Windows, it should be easy to find out if hugin.xml and hugin.dmp exist anywhere on your computer.
