The Photos tab, bottom left, has Optimize->Geometric http://hugin.sourceforge.net/docs/manual/Hugin_Optimiser_tab.html (I find no tab for Optimizer) says: "when stitching a map or when all is on the same plane you don't need to optimize plane yaw/plane pitch. These variables should only used when there are several remapping planes in the pictures are needed (e.g. for patching a nadir image). For stitching images on the same plane, you have only one defined remapping plane. " but all options in Optimize->Geometric all have y p and r, except "Custom Parameters", and nothing seems to happen when I select that option. Oh, wait...when I select "Custom", the Optimize tab appears! It seems to have selected p and r for the left photo, and y p and r for the right. I will uncheck all 5, and optimize. No...It wants SOMETHING to be checked to optimize, so I'll check the X Y Z for the right ("Active") photo. Oh, yes! much better! The bottom edge is almost straight, and things look good enough, I guess... The sides are bulging out a bit, and the middle divider line is a bit curved, despite all three being "Vertical Line"s. Unless you can suggest some way of fixing these lines, I guess we're OK now... Thank you! >...so anything you attach gets sent to 2000 mailboxes. Sorry! Although I fail to see how I could adequately explain what was not working unless I actually SHOW it... -- A list of frequently asked questions is available at: http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_FAQ --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
