The numerical transform button in on the "Panorama preview" window, 4th button from left (Centre, Fit, Straighten, Num. Transf.)
On the "Fast Panorama preview" window, there is no button but there are Yaw, Pitch, and Roll adjustments you can apply on the Move/Drag tab.
