I can confirm here that I get black JPG and TIF output, which seems to
be a bug. I'll investigate...
Found the 'black output' bug and fixed it. Please rebuild. Sorry, it was
a really stupid bug, and has nothing to do with the PTO, just with me
committing to quickly. But bear in mind to not try lux with panoramas
using translation parameters.
