Thanks for the fast reply. I can make the adjustments, I can run the assistant via Edit > User Defined Assistant menu. Hugin says there are errors in the file (probably some bad adjustments by me) with a popup, but before showing the popup it removes the actual errors from the screen. It just flies by very rapidly.
