The problem is that it works for us and can't be reproduced. Also I can't imagine how this can happens. When pressing stitch Hugin saves the project file and passes the filename to PTBatcherGUI. But in your case it appears the content of the project is somehow passed to PTBatcherGUI before the filename. I don't understand how this can happen. There must be something special in your setting or other programs running deeply interacting with the system.
