SOLVED: *gaps*

Thank you mr. Modes, you were right - the *output stacks* were different 
from what I set initially, and it was possible to change pictures to a new 
stack. That solved the gap problem. It should be noted that for output 
stacks to become available I had to stitch one panorama *first*.

This just leaves the grey clipping in the sun orb and related highlights. 
While I don't know what causes this problem yet it seems to be related to 
image mapping within a stack; placing control points on the sun itself 
fixed the problem twice or three times so far.
