Sorry, but this is not possible from the command line. In the GUI this is 
handled by passing a modified project file to cpfind which contains only 
the selected images. 
Cpfind has already 4 different matching strategy (all pairs, multi-row, 
linear match, prealigned). Maybe one is also suited for your use case.
