Hey Github Team, The rules I changed looks like were successfully merged and gone live. I would like to know if new users download HTTPS everywhere extension, or existing users who have downloaded HTTPS everywhere extension, does these new rules still apply?
Have the new changes basically gone out live for new and existing users?
