Hi, After a couple attempts to contact the author, I emailed modu...@perl.org yesterday to request co-maint rights to release an updated version to cpan, so hopefully things'll move forward now. If nothing happens in a few days, I'll just have to copy the ChainedAccessors code somewhere into the FormFu namespace, and include in with HTML-FormFu. So basically - we should have a cpan release within a week, regardless of how it happens.
