This is now fixed in svn -r 1513
It used to just do $row->$name
but that was changed to use get_column() in case $name clashed with
DBIC built-in methods.
Now it does
$row->has_column ? $row->get_column($name) : $row->$name
Unfortunately, this means inflators aren't called, but I've sent a
patch to the DBIC list that will let us use get_inflated_column() - so
hopefully that gets accepted.
