I had more test errors with this one too. The error was
t/01basic-formconfig_conf_ext....[error] Caught exception in

After a bit of code poking (found conflict with driver_args), I
fixed it by upgrading Config::General from 2.38 to 2.40.
So maybe the dependancies should include:
Config::General >= 2.40
