The CAV 2018 conference chairs, in collaboration with the conference chairs for
ITP 2018, are hosting a short scientific
session<http://www.cs.ox.ac.uk/tom.melham/FLoC18/mjcg.html> on 13 July in
memory of Mike Gordon (1948-2017) at FLoC 2018<https://www.floc2018.org/> in
Oxford. As you will all know, Mike was the originator of the HOL theorem prover
and a major influence in our field. We hope that as many as possible of Mike’s
former students, collaborators, colleagues and friends will join us in coming
together for three short talks on research influenced by Mike’s work.
