Can a Valve admin please step in and do something about the vandalism on
the VDC:

This guy keeps vandalizing pages and editing my user page because i
reverted his vandalism and useless edits.
His behavior is a violation of the Terms of Use:
https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Valve_Developer_Community:Terms_of_Use
And please set up some official way to contact admins for issues
pertaining to the VDC so this can be dealt with more easily in the future.
