I could have sworn this list was for discussions about hosting dedicated servers based on HLDS (i.e. so-called "Gold-Src" engine)?
Wouldn't surprise me if some corporate entity did something questionable regarding intellectual property, but not sure it belongs on (or is helpful to resolving that dispute) HERE? PS: Been hosting server for Volvo-games (and Quake before that) pre-Steam, pre-Y2K.
