sv_setsteamaccount actually does warn you, but
tf_server_identity_account_id and tf_server_identity_token don't.
Then again, it's only been a few weeks since the update that changed
them while sv_setsteamaccount has never worked in server.cfg.

There really needs to be a document which indicates which server
commands should be in autoexec.cfg, and which should be in server.cfg.
Most online howto docs and config guides never mention autoexec.cfg.
