For games that require having a license, just login into SteamCMD with
your main account and download the content. Source:

It's been a long time since I've hosted a srcds daemon, and I noticed
that in the instructions, it's recommended that you use a steam
account specifically for that server. I've gone ahead and created an
account for this purpose, but but now I have a bit of a problem.
For hosting Garry's Mod, I need to mount several Source games, some of
which cannot be downloaded anonymously (thus the need for the account
in the first place). From what I understand, in order to do this, the
account needs to have a license for the game in question. Is there a
way to tell Steam to link to the main account and thereby share the
licenses, or am I screwed, and need to buy new licenses just for the
dedicated server?
