Are there new restrictions on server eligibility for Halloween gift drops this year?
My Linux eventmix QuickPlay server has gifts appear for players. My Windows registered server with nocrits, fixed weapon spread, fixed damage spread, and tf_server_identity_disable_quickplay 1 (just in case the other three get changed for shenanigans maps) is not currently seeing any halloween gifts appearing. I seem to recall halloween gifts working on this server last year.
