I assume the gameservers.com one you were looking at was the 500 FPS. I don't have experience with their higher FPS offerings but I know their basic ones are fairly laggy and bounce between 10 and 250 FPS all the time...I wouldn't recommend using a base server from them unless you want really cheap.
NFO I hear is good but they tend to be pricey. I personally like Branzone, their servers run pretty well, even the basic ones, so they're good to go with, and their staff tends to be helpful and quick (much quicker than Gameservers.) Don't have any info on the other ones or experience.
