Ahh, but if you install it once, you can copy the contents of the folder 
and use them a million times over, on whatever machine you want.

All you actually need is the HldsUpdateTool.exe,  anything else will be 
made when you run the update tool, I've been using the same basic exe 
and batch file (hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike 
Source" -dir .) since whenever the CS:S beta was released, across a load 
of machines, and never had an issue.
