I thought we had some sort of non-basic license already.  Isn't that why we
need to explicitly invite people to be non-Guest?

Anyway, I agree wrt HipChat being more or less useless.  I've been saying
that for a while now.  Yes the GitHub and Jira and social integrations *can
be* nice (they can also be annoying).

Ayway, I am not the one who set up HipChat for Hibernate.  Sanne maybe?
Anyway I am looking around for a way.
