Hi Steve, a (long) while back we had a "design chat" session which might be related; I was then asking if it was possible to break up the persistence context, which is today essentially one map containing all entries even for different types, and break that up into multiple smaller maps, one per Persister.
I'd love we could try this, as I expect this to bring both performance improvements and some simpler code. I believe you thought this could be feasible, although obviously the devil is in the details so this might need a little prototyping. Thanks for the meeting heads up, I'll be there.
