-until 3.5.0-Beta-2 a ConstraintViolationException during commit caused an implicite rollback and the exception was wrapped into a javax.persistence.RollbackException -now with 3.5.0-Beta-3 the same ConstraintViolationException during commit is wrapped into a javax.persistence.PersistenceException without implicite rollback
