That definitely seems larger than it should be. You can bash into a
dyno to see what is in there:
heroku run bash
If that doesn't get you anywhere you should submit a support ticket.
BTW: Today .slugignore applies pre-compile. So in this case it's
probably not going to help you reduce slug size.
