I haven't seen the error but try `heroku ps` to see if it's running or still crashing.
And yes, I experience the same problems in stability and I'm not sure that I've ever talked to a support staff in <4 days. Usually because after a couple days, I send in a follow-up with "nevermind, got it" and they close the ticket for me. They should just have the support email set to [email protected] /david.
