Ahh sorry . My bad! Somehow preinitializer.rb had crept into
my .gitignore file. Must have been with some early playing around with
Bundler, but for the life of me I can't remember either that or adding
it to the .gitignore file. Must be getting old!

Now to get on with the migration to 1.8.7 on teh Bamboo stack!
