I am looking at the following headers in my Heroku apps. Not all of
them get set. All of them can be faked (as far as I know).

request.env['HTTP_CLIENT_IP']
request.remote_ip
request.env['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']
request.env['REMOTE_ADDR']
