Hello, After reading the documentation on full text searching in the Heroku docs, I am bit disappointed with the choices. Not too crazy for having to host the Solr server on another EC2 instance and acts_as_ferret doesn't seem too production ready. From what I've read Postgresql 8.3 has full text searching integrated. Also I read about two rails plugins that work with this functionality:
tsearchable - http://www.elctech.com/projects/tsearchable---postgres-text-search-on-rails acts_as_tsearch - http://github.com/pka/acts_as_tsearch/tree/master Can these two plugins be used with Heroku?
