I am fairly new to the Heroku community so forgive me and I don't mean to insult. I'm just trying to figure out if I can use Heroku.
Reading the posts from this board and also having no response to my bless request after 4 days or a feedback e-mail that I wrote at the time leads me to wonder. Everytime I log on, someone is complaining that something is down and nobody is around to respond... Is there someone at Heroku actively reading the posts here or staying vigilant regarding system problems and bless requests? I think this is a great service and potentially a great hosting service that many folks would be willing to pay for (some of us really do not want to fuss with our own virtual instance on ec2 if we can avoid it); but only if its reliable. For the long time heroku'ers, how do I contact folks at Heroku?
