I made a local change to my web app. It works fine on my development
machine. I pushed it to heroku, and I get the D'oh message about an
internal error. I've written to feedback, but I'm curious if others
have seen this, what causes it, and what can be done both to get it
working, and to ensure it doesn't happen any more.

The message:
"D'oh

This app is temporarily offline due to an internal error. If it's not
back in a few minutes, please email feedback at heroku dot com for
assistance."
