Hi, I setup a small app and made it up and running yesterday. Today, I want to upload a background image to the public folder. Then I got an error msg said I need to prepare a tar.gz with rails directory. Then I tried to check if my app is still alive online. Unfortunately I got one line of text page : internal server error. I tried to rollback to my previous snapshot, but it wont work. I create a new app. Downloaded my existing app and tried to upload to the newly created app. Then this app also gets : internal server error msg.
Is there anyone else has the similar problem? And advice will be appreciated. Maybe the development team of Heroku knows how to fix this. If so, how to get hold of a member of that team for help?
