Good mail readers have a facility for breaking a digest up into constituent email so you can reply to just the one email you want. Also you should select just the text that represents the comment you want to reply to and write your reply below that, and delete everything that is not relevant to your reply. Finally, disclaimers like yours are not appropriate on mailing lists where your message is read by all subscribers and is archived for future reference by anyone else.
