Yes, of course. It was more of a message implying that if someone that has access to the old-gnu location, it would probably be beneficial to add in that last diff. After acquiring the last of the patches, I quickly discovered that it didn't matter too much since the existing diff files are not correct and by the time you reverse-apply 3 or 4 of them you start getting more and more offset lines and pretty soon they just start flat out failing.
