Hi there, João Augusto!

I live and work in Goiânia, and it made me very happy to know that you're
considering creating a Guix mirror in our country! I'm not an IT guy, but
I'm a GNU enthusiast and love the clarity its config structure in Guile — I
don't master it yet, but it embodies what I understand to be the ideal
programming philosophy: side-effect isolation from logic, separation of
concerns, modularity, avoidance of duplication… Of course you know all
that, but my purpose here, as a non-tech engaged user, is to encourage you
strongly: do go on with this project! Please help disseminate Guix in
Brazil!

PS: I almost replied in Portuguese, but then I remembered this is an
English-language forum…
