For me there are never simple questions, I am happy for every answer as a log level Guixer Sometimes simple questions help a lot thanks the user "Gast" does not exist. there exists only the user "gast" I put "Gast" there for the login screen, because "gast" with small letters seems ugly in German. May be there is some kind of mixture but I didn´t find out yet where. It can be that I made a great mistake because in the .passwd file I changed earlier the name "samba user" I had changed into "Gast" and bash can´t find it anymore.
