If I enlarge to a full screen view the mouse, it takes the whole space without showing the menu. So I can´t switch back with the mouse. Does somebody know the shortcuts to enlarge and to reduce to a full screen view?

There is usually a user-configurable hotkey setting to break out of the full 
screen mode. I would check the Settings/Preferences/Options window.
