The product description says "Libre Computer", which is a single board
computers company: https://libre.computer/

I do not know what is the "official Libre Computer operating system".
Their front page mentions a few distributions. However, none of them is
based on Linux-libre.  It does not look like its forum ever mentioned
Linux-libre: https://hub.libre.computer/search?q=Linux-libre

As a side note, maybe, you could report that dongle to h-node for the
record? https://h-node.org/
